When Passions Unite to Create Impact!

I am joining the GardaWorld family.

After more than six months of intense yet incredibly exciting collaboration to rethink the marketing and growth strategy alongside the leadership team, I have discovered a company that embodies a strong, bold, and visionary entrepreneurial culture. Here, pushing boundaries isn’t just a goal—it’s a mindset. Innovation and excellence are woven into GardaWorld’s DNA, whether on the local or international stage. For those who know me, this is what truly drives me: transforming ambitious visions into concrete strategies that deliver real results.

Since the beginning of my career, I’ve believed that marketing should be much more than a creative discipline. It must leverage advanced technologies and the power of data to transform practices and reinvent models. The magic doesn’t lie in ideas or theories alone—it’s in their concrete implementation and integration into the core of businesses. This is where true transformations come to life, and impact becomes tangible.

In 2018, I embarked on an incredible journey with BRP. It wasn’t an obvious choice at the time, but I saw immense potential in a brand already looking toward the future. It was an experience as exhilarating as it was unforgettable, marked by exponential growth and challenges we overcame together with brilliance. BRP has forever left its mark on my heart and my career.

Today, a new chapter begins. GardaWorld has already achieved remarkable things, but we all know that the potential to go even further is phenomenal. The field of security has always fascinated me. Long before I left Europe, this industry attracted me for its vital role in protecting people, assets, infrastructures, and systems. Some may know that this was one of the reasons I decided to cross the Atlantic, but the first reason was simple: to dream big, to aim far, and to break beyond the established frameworks. Today, I have the unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of a global leader, born in Quebec, that embodies these same values of determination and innovation.

What deeply inspires me is making marketing a sustainable driver of growth. In a B2B company like GardaWorld, I believe marketing goes far beyond a support function—it must be a transformative force aligning strategy, performance, and innovation. And this mission is what excites me the most.

My passion for entrepreneurship and my commitment to supporting Quebec’s business community also remain at the core of my motivations. Over the past few years, I’ve had the privilege of working with exceptional companies, helping them transform through strategic positioning, business performance, branding, digital overhauls, integrated ecosystems, and growth campaigns—leveraging these tools to unlock their full potential. These experiences have profoundly shaped me and continue to fuel my vision for building approaches that sustainably propel businesses forward.

To everyone accompanying me on this new journey, I want to express my gratitude. A heartfelt thank you to Isabelle Panelli for her contagious passion, her trust, and her warm welcome over the past few months. Thank you to Patrick Prince and Stéphane Crétier for the opportunity they’ve entrusted me with to contribute to this significant project, a responsibility I will honor with dedication. Lastly, I am in awe of the intelligence and diversity of talent already present within the team. Their expertise, creativity, and openness are a daily source of inspiration, and this richness deeply aligns with my most personal convictions.
